Knowledge base content
Documents, policies, FAQs, and SOPs you connect remain yours. You can remove sources at any time and employees stop referencing them.
Integrations
When you connect a tool, we request the narrowest scopes needed for the actions you enable, and you can revoke access from your workspace.
Retention and deletion
You control retention windows for conversation history. Deleting a workspace removes associated content according to your configured schedule.
