Using the platform

You may deploy AI employees for lawful business purposes within the limits of your plan. You are responsible for the content you connect and the actions you enable.

Plans and billing

Starter and Growth plans are billed monthly per workspace. Enterprise terms are agreed in a separate order form.

Acceptable use

Do not use AI employees to mislead customers about automation, to send unlawful outbound communication, or to process data you have no right to use.

Human oversight

Sensitive actions should run through approval flows. You remain responsible for reviewing escalations and outcomes.

Availability

We work to keep the platform available and will notify workspace admins about planned maintenance affecting live conversations.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes are announced to workspace admins in advance.
